First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether exercising in the morning or evening, without eating first, changes how many calories people eat right after and over the next 24 hours. Thirty-five healthy adults aged 18-30 completed fasted exercise sessions at different times. Researchers measured their food intake at a test meal and through food diaries, along with appetite ratings. The goal was to understand how exercise timing affects eating behavior.
