Summary
This study will test whether a 12-week online fascial yoga program can lower stress and improve cognitive control and flexibility in menopausal women. One hundred women aged 45-65 will be randomly assigned to either the yoga program or usual care. The yoga includes gentle myofascial release, breathing exercises, and body awareness, all done in group sessions online.
