Summary
This study tests a drug called faricimab for a specific type of wet age-related macular degeneration (type 3 MNV) that can cause severe vision loss. The goal is to see if a personalized dosing schedule (treat-and-extend) can better preserve vision and eye health over 76 weeks. About 30 adults over 50 with this condition will receive faricimab injections, with the time between doses adjusted based on their response.
