Summary
This study tested a 12-week program designed to help families in Chile develop healthier daily movement habits. It involved 136 parent-child pairs from three schools. The program combined weekly digital tips for parents with three in-person family activity sessions, aiming to increase children's physical activity and reduce sedentary time compared to families continuing their usual routines.
