Summary

This study tests whether offering financial rewards to Alaska Native adults and their family members helps them quit smoking. About 1,312 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the family-based incentive program or standard support. Success is measured by a saliva test at 6 and 12 months to confirm they have stopped smoking.
