Summary
This Phase 2 trial is testing an experimental drug called F573 in 97 people with acute liver failure or acute-on-chronic liver failure. Participants receive daily injections of F573 or a placebo for 7 days. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also looking at survival and liver function. The study is currently recruiting.
