Summary

This study looks at whether expressing breastmilk from week 28 of pregnancy is safe for women at high risk of preterm birth. Researchers will also check if it helps newborns get mother's milk sooner and how it affects breastfeeding confidence. About 250 pregnant women with conditions like preeclampsia or a history of early delivery will take part.
