Summary
This study tests whether giving blood plasma from young, healthy, and very fit donors to people with early Alzheimer's disease is safe and might help slow memory loss. Sixty participants aged 50-75 will receive either the plasma or a saltwater placebo over several months. The goal is to see if the 'exercise plasma' can improve thinking, brain blood flow, and quality of life.
