Summary

This program offers an experimental oral medication, sevabertinib, to adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific HER2 gene mutation and has stopped responding to other treatments. Participants must have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks and be in relatively good health. The goal is to provide access when no standard options remain.
