This program provides access to the VT-X7 system, which delivers antibiotics directly into the joint through a pump over 7 days, for people with a serious hip or knee infection after joint replacement. It is for patients who have already tried other treatments and have no other options. The goal is to control the infection during surgery to replace the artificial joint.
