Summary

This study tests two types of exercise in people over 65 who have slow walking and memory complaints, a condition called Motor Cognitive Risk Syndrome. One group will play interactive video games (exergaming), and the other will do standard neuromuscular exercises. The goal is to see which approach better improves walking, balance, and thinking skills.
