First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares a video-based exercise program (exergame) using Nintendo Switch Ring Fit Adventure to a standard home exercise program in women aged 30-70 with fibromyalgia. The goal is to see if the game-based approach improves pain, balance, mobility, and quality of life more than traditional exercises. Participants will exercise twice a week for four weeks and be evaluated before, after, and following a four-week rest period.
