First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares a video-based exercise program (using Nintendo Switch Ring Fit Adventure) to a standard home exercise program in women aged 30-70 with fibromyalgia. The goal is to see if the game-based approach improves pain, balance, mobility, and quality of life more than traditional exercises. Participants will exercise twice a week for four weeks and be evaluated before, after, and after a four-week break.
