First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether specific hand and wrist exercises could help people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 91 participants did either nerve gliding exercises or strengthening exercises daily for three weeks. The results suggest these exercises may reduce stiffness in the median nerve, which could lead to symptom relief.
