NCT ID NCT07269379
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether exercising during dialysis, with or without a blood flow restriction cuff, can reduce heart strain and improve heart function in kidney patients. About 108 adults on dialysis will be randomly assigned to standard care, exercise alone, or exercise with blood flow restriction. The goal is to find a safer way to exercise during treatment and potentially protect the heart.
