Summary
This study looked at whether aerobic exercise and virtual reality games could improve the physical abilities, activity levels, and social participation of children aged 6 to 10 living in care homes. 63 children took part, with some doing 12 weeks of exercise and VR games, while others continued their normal routine. The results showed that the active group had better functional capacity and participation after the program.
