Summary
This study is testing whether a 3-month exercise program that combines aerobic, strength, and balance training can help people with multiple sclerosis. The program is done both in person and through online videos. Researchers will measure changes in disease activity, walking speed, hand function, thinking speed, and brain scans. The study involves 40 adults with MS who can walk and have internet access.
