Scientists test exercise as Anti-Aging treatment for cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT07292272
Summary
This study aims to see if exercise and behavioral coaching can slow down accelerated aging in older adults who have survived blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. Researchers will enroll 180 participants aged 50+ and randomly assign them to different exercise programs to measure adherence and effects on aging markers. The goal is to find the right exercise dose and support needed to help cancer survivors stay healthier as they age.
