First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise program can slow or stop the progression of localized prostate cancer in men who are not yet receiving active treatment (active surveillance). Researchers will compare molecular and imaging markers of tumor aggressiveness between men who exercise and those who receive usual care. The goal is to see if exercise can help keep the cancer from becoming more dangerous.
