Angola study tests simple exercises to keep seniors on their feet

Summary
This study will see if two different exercise programs can improve physical function, balance, and mental well-being in older adults living in Angola. 350 people aged 60 and older will take part in supervised sessions three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to find safe and effective ways to help seniors stay independent and reduce fall risk.
