First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at two different exercise programs—flexi band resistance training and whole-body electrical muscle stimulation—to see which better helps cancer patients maintain muscle strength, reduce inflammation, and improve quality of life during treatment. About 100 adults with various cancers will participate in a 12-week program. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to ease the side effects of cancer therapy.
