Could a few short walks a day beat a long one for cancer survivors' health?

NCT ID NCT06633380

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking short walks after meals or doing quick 'activity snacks' can help breast cancer survivors control their blood sugar better than a standard 30-minute walk. The researchers will compare these strategies in 24 women who have had breast cancer and are on hormone therapy, as well as women without cancer. The goal is to find easier ways to stay active and reduce heart disease risk.
