Can exercise 'Snacks' beat a 30-Minute workout for cancer Survivors' health?
NCT ID NCT06633380
Summary
This study is testing whether short, frequent bursts of physical activity (like walking breaks after meals) are as good as a standard 30-minute workout for controlling blood sugar in breast cancer survivors taking hormone therapy. It will involve 24 sedentary, postmenopausal women—some with a history of breast cancer and some without—to see which approach works better and is easier to stick with in daily life. The main goal is to find more manageable ways to improve metabolic health and reduce heart disease risk for cancer survivors.
