Summary

This study is testing a special exercise program called BETY for people with knee osteoarthritis who have recently received a knee injection. The program combines physical exercises with techniques to manage pain, mood, and stress. Researchers want to see if this approach helps reduce pain, improve strength and movement, and enhance overall quality of life for the 60 participants.
