Can exercise ease pain? study compares athletes and nonathletes

Summary
This study aims to understand how different people experience pain and how exercise affects it. Researchers are recruiting 90 adults aged 35-65, including former competitive athletes, current master's athletes, and nonathletes. Participants will complete fitness and pain tests, then try two types of moderate exercise (strength and aerobic) to see how each influences their pain levels.
