First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a program of Kegel and Tai Chi exercises can improve quality of life, self-confidence, and bladder control in postmenopausal women with urinary incontinence. 117 women will be split into two groups: one exercising 3 days a week and the other 6 days a week, for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the exercises reduce leakage and help women feel better day-to-day.
