First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 3-month exercise program, either with a trainer or done on your own, can help people with type 2 diabetes who are not on insulin improve their blood sugar levels. About 120 adults aged 18 to 67 with poorly controlled diabetes will be assigned to either a supervised exercise group or an unsupervised group. The goal is to see if supervised exercise leads to better glucose control compared to doing it alone.
