NCT ID NCT06598865
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether supervised exercise classes or doing physical activity on your own works better for controlling blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. About 120 people whose diabetes is not well controlled with diet or non-insulin medications will take part. Participants will either follow a 3-month exercise program with a trainer or exercise on their own, and their blood sugar levels will be tracked continuously for 10 days at the end of the study.
