Summary

This study tests whether a personalized home exercise program can improve physical function and quality of life in people aged 75 and older with colorectal cancer who are having surgery. Participants receive weekly phone coaching on strength, balance, and breathing exercises. The goal is to see if those who exercise recover better and maintain benefits up to 6 months after surgery compared to those receiving usual care.
