First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized home exercise program can improve physical function and quality of life in people aged 75 and older with colorectal cancer who are having surgery. Participants receive weekly phone coaching on strength, balance, and breathing exercises from diagnosis to 3 months after surgery. The goal is to see if they recover faster and feel better compared to those who get usual care alone.
