Can Student-Led High-Intensity workouts unlock mobility for the disabled?

NCT ID NCT06945835

Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week, high-intensity exercise program could improve mobility in daily life for people with neurologic disabilities like stroke, cerebral palsy, or spinal cord injury. Fifteen participants aged 8-99 took part in the program, which was run by physical therapy students. Researchers measured physical activity levels before and after the program to see if it helped participants move more easily in their everyday routines.
