Summary

This study tests if progressive resistance exercise can improve arm swelling and function in people who developed lymphedema after breast cancer treatment. Fifty adults aged 18-60 who are at least 3 months past surgery will be enrolled. Participants will do supervised exercises and report their quality of life and arm function over 28 days.
