Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week strengthening exercise program can improve muscle strength, muscle mass, and cognitive function in people with compensated liver cirrhosis. Twenty participants will be randomly assigned to either face-to-face or home-based exercise sessions three times a week. The goal is to see if exercise can help with common problems like sarcopenia (muscle loss) and thinking difficulties.
