Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week program of balance, strength, and stretching exercises can improve physical fitness in children aged 7-14 with specific learning disabilities. 18 children will be split into an exercise group and a control group. The goal is to see if regular exercise helps with balance, coordination, flexibility, and endurance.
