Video games and exercise may boost motor skills in kids with learning disabilities

Summary

This study looks at whether special exercises and virtual reality activities can help children aged 7–10 with specific learning disabilities improve their motor skills, balance, and ability to take part in daily activities. Forty-five children will be split into three groups: one doing perceptual-motor exercises, one doing virtual reality exercises, and a control group continuing their usual education. The program runs twice a week for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in movement, balance, and participation.
