Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-month exercise program (about 72 sessions) can improve physical abilities, thinking, and quality of life in older adults aged 60-80 who have both type 2 diabetes and frailty. 80 participants were randomly assigned to exercise or usual care. Researchers measured handgrip strength, walking speed, and daily living skills at the start, 3 months, and 6 months.
