Summary
This study tested whether a specific 4-month exercise program could improve metabolic health in breast and prostate cancer survivors who are overweight and sedentary. Participants were randomly assigned to either the special exercise program or a basic stretching routine. The goal was to see if the exercise could help with weight, fitness, muscle strength, and overall health after cancer treatment.
