Can exercise rebuild hearts damaged by cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT06595147
Summary
This study is testing whether exercise can help protect the hearts of older breast cancer survivors. Many survivors face increased risk of heart problems after chemotherapy. Researchers will compare a 12-week exercise program to a gentle stretching program in 60 survivors over age 60 to see which better improves heart function, muscle health, and overall fitness.
