First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-month exercise program combining strength and aerobic training can improve quality of life for women with early-stage breast cancer who are taking hormone therapy. About 74 participants in Spain will be split into two groups: one that follows the exercise program and one that receives standard care with exercise guidelines. The goal is to see if exercise helps reduce symptoms related to hormone therapy.
