First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study compares two types of exercise—short, intense bursts (SIT) versus steady, moderate activity (MICT)—to see which is better at lowering blood pressure in adults aged 30-59 with hypertension. Over 12 weeks, 20 participants will do supervised workouts three times a week. The goal is to find a safe, effective exercise option for managing high blood pressure.
