Summary
This study compares two types of exercise—short, intense bursts (SIT) versus steady moderate activity (MICT)—to see which better lowers blood pressure in adults aged 30-59 with hypertension. Participants will do supervised workouts three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, effective exercise option for managing high blood pressure.
