Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs in 28 children and teens with rheumatic diseases like juvenile arthritis and familial Mediterranean fever. One program used instructions that focused on the body's movements (internal focus), while the other focused on the effect of the movement on the environment (external focus). The goal was to see which approach improved physical fitness and reduced fatigue after 8 weeks of training.
