NCT ID NCT05773144
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether aerobic exercise can help people with stage II or III colon cancer tolerate more of their planned chemotherapy. About 219 participants who have had surgery and are about to start chemo will be randomly assigned to an exercise program or a control group. The goal is to see if exercise helps them receive a higher dose of chemo, which could improve outcomes.
