NCT ID NCT07417709

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a tailored exercise program can improve how quickly muscles recover oxygen after activity in menopausal women with depression. Researchers will compare exercise to a non-physical activity in 52 women. The goal is to understand the link between depression, metabolism, and muscle function, not to test a new treatment.
