NCT ID NCT07048509
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at how a single session of moderate or high-intensity exercise changes blood vessel function in healthy people and those with slightly high blood pressure. 45 adults will do three separate sessions: rest, moderate exercise, and high-intensity interval exercise. Researchers will measure artery stiffness and other vascular markers before and after each session to see which exercise type works best.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could help tailor exercise recommendations for people with slightly high blood pressure to improve vascular health.
