Summary
This study tested whether starting a personalized exercise program before breast cancer surgery could help women recover better. Thirty women followed the program, which included stretching and strengthening exercises, for a year starting before their operation. Researchers measured shoulder movement, pain levels, fatigue, and quality of life to see if the exercises made recovery easier.
