Summary
This study looked at whether different types of exercise—aerobic, resistance, or both—can lower the risk of arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) in women who have gone through menopause and are not very active. 113 women took part, and researchers measured changes in blood vessel health and blood markers. The goal was to see if exercise can help control this disease risk.
