First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether different types of exercise can help people who have had weight-loss surgery improve their body fat, muscle mass, heart function, and quality of life. About 75 adults aged 18 to 65 who are recovering from bariatric surgery will take part. They will do either high-intensity interval training or moderate continuous exercise, and researchers will measure changes in their body and well-being.
