Summary
This Phase 2 study tests whether a daily pill called EVO756 can prevent migraines in adults who have not had success with other preventive treatments. About 330 participants will receive either EVO756 or a placebo, and researchers will track how many migraine days they have each month. The goal is to see if EVO756 safely reduces migraine frequency.
