Summary
This study tested whether adding a type of talk therapy (behavioral activation) to esketamine treatment helps people with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. Six adults with major depression or bipolar disorder took part. The goal was to see if practicing new behaviors while feeling better from esketamine leads to longer-lasting mood improvement.
