Summary

This study tests whether a drug called esketamine can reduce confusion and memory problems in older adults after major non-cardiac surgery. Researchers will compare three different doses in 120 patients aged 65 to 90. The goal is to find the dose that best protects brain function while minimizing side effects like dissociation.
