Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, esketamine and dexmedetomidine, at different doses can improve pain control after scoliosis correction surgery. The goal is to reduce the need for strong opioids and their side effects. About 312 adults undergoing scoliosis surgery will receive one of several drug combinations, and researchers will measure pain levels and opioid use for 72 hours after surgery.
