New injection for swallowing trouble shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug, EP-104GI, for adults with eosinophilic esophagitis, a condition that makes swallowing painful and difficult. About 160 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo during an endoscopy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and reduces inflammation and symptoms over 52 weeks.
