Summary

This study looks at how certain white blood cells (eosinophils) grow, move, and cause inflammation in people with eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease, other eosinophilic inflammatory conditions, or food allergies. Researchers will also study family members and healthy volunteers for comparison. The goal is to better understand the full range of symptoms and severity of these conditions.
